Although our Visitor Center is not yet open to the public, we are excited to offer
Curbside Order and Beverage Pickup! 

DAYS OF OPERATION
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
9:00am – 3:00pm

First Responders: HPD, HFD and Ka‘u Hospital Staff Members
Receive a Free Cup of Coffee Daily!
Call ahead and we will have it ready for you when you arrive

Cold Brew

Also Available to Order:
Any Ka’u Coffees or KCM Products Available on our Website
Online Orders: select Curbside Pickup at Checkout

TO ORDER
– Place your order Online, by Phone, or Drive-up and we will take your order
– If ordering Online, check Curbside Pickup at checkout
– In the notes, write the time (for beverage orders) or day and time (for product orders)
– Write the make, model, and color of your vehicle so we know who to look for
– Once you submit your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number
– Have your order number handy, you will be asked for it before receiving your order!

 Beverage orders are Same Day Only and must be ordered at least 30 minutes prior to pickup time
 Product orders must be ordered at least 1 hour prior to pickup time

 If we are too busy with multiple orders and can’t get yours on time, we will call to let you know and reschedule for a later pickup time 

CURBSIDE PICKUP
– Once you arrive, please park in the parking lot and have your Order Number ready. No need to get out of your car!
– A KCM Team member will bring your order directly to your car and load it for you!
Please Be Patient, we didn’t forget about you and are working on getting your product to you! Entering the store is prohibited
– Please be sure to wear your mask, and go as soon as you receive your order
