TO BECOME A WHOLESALE CUSTOMER

To apply as a wholesale customer, please complete our Credit Application and include your FID#, GET# and or Resale Certificate for Goods Number.Credit/Reference is not required if payingwith credit card.  Return the completed and signed credit application to:Ka’u Coffee Mill, LLC.PO Box 280 . HOW TO PLACE A WHOLESALE ORDER

 Once your Credit Application has been approved, we will send you a link to our Online Wholesale Price List.  When ready to order, you can email: info@kaucoffeemill.com or Call us at (808) 928-0550.  Orders may be placed up to one month in advance.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT

Minimum order is 1 case of a single product type to qualify for wholesale pricing.

PAYMENT

Payment terms are Net 30 for approved Credit Application customers.  All others will require a credit card payment prior to order processing and shipment as all orders are roasted to order.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is typically one to two weeks from date of order to ship date.  All orders are roasted to order.  During the holiday season processing times are up to three weeks from date order was placed.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature.  All Sales Final. If there are discrepancies or processing errors on your order we will work with you to rectify the issue.  Please notify us immediately upon receiving and inspecting your order.  Notification must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING TERMS?

All terms shall be FOB Ka’u Coffee Mill.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped via FedEx.  All shipping charges are at KCM rates. If you have an account with FedEx and wish to use your own account, please provide your account number when placing your order.  Buyer shall bear all risk, loss, or damage upon delivery of products to carrier at point of shipment.  We will not be responsible for any damages made by the shipping company.  Be sure to file any claims with the shipping company immediately.  A current and accurate shipping address is required.  Ka’u Coffee Mill will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address and/or any re-routing fees incurred.  Once your order has been processed, we will notify you via email of your shipment tracking information.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to shipment.  If a cancellation is made after a product is shipped, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee.

WHAT'S THE BEST BY DATE?

All wholesale orders will be stamped with a ‘Best By’ date that is six months from the roasted date.  We can modify this stamp up to a year from roast date depending upon customer preference.  Coffee is best consumed within 3 months from the roasted date, however some wholesalers prefer longer best by dates up to a year from roasted date.  We do not recommend exceeding this time frame for maximum shelf life.  Please indicate your best by date preference when placing your order.

IS YOUR COFFEE KOSHER CERTIFIED?

Our facility is inspected and certified by the Rabbi from Orthodox Union twice yearly.  You will find the OU symbol on all of our packaging and labels.  Our beans are processed and roasted in a facility that handles only coffee beans which do not come into contact with other food products. Additionally, we do not add additional ingredients to any of our coffees except for our Hand Crafted roasts.
