How did we create it? Our roastmaster chose an exclusive blend of Ka'u Peaberry Natural and Peaberry Semi-Washed and blended them together, applying a medium-dark roast profile to create a delicious new roast that we believe is amazing!  Try it for yourself and see.  Flavor notes include rich chocolate and fruity raspberry ending with a smooth, clean finish.  Be careful though, this Peaberry may become a habit.  It has quickly become a popular favorite among our team.

Note: All of our coffees are fresh roasted and sealed with an expiration date printed and embossed into the seal.  The roast date and lot number are affixed to the bottom of each bag.  We recommend consuming our coffee within 1 year of this date, however, for optimal flavor, our coffee is best consumed within 60-90 days.
